As the Product designer for Nuva, I was responsible for designing the landing page and dashboard of this insurance platform. The platform is an innovative insurance technology platform that leverages AI and Blockchain to create a transparent and efficient Sharia-compliant insurance system. My role involved crafting user-friendly and visually appealing designs that communicated the platform's value while ensuring seamless navigation and functionality for insurance companies and SMEs.

The dashboard page was one of the most critical elements of the product, serving as the central hub where users could interact with key metrics and data visualizations. Our goal was to create a clean, intuitive interface that simplified complex information, enabling users to quickly find what they needed without feeling overwhelmed.
As a platform for everyone, the onboarding process was crafted to be easy and intuitive. Despite the necessary verification steps, I ensured the experience remained seamless, without compromising on the simplicity. This approach was key to ensuring that users, regardless of age or technical skill could use the platform without any hassle.
Understanding that the initial user journey sets the tone for the entire product experience, we focused on eliminating friction in the sign-up process, while still incorporating essential verification steps for security and personalization.
One of Nuva's key features is "Claims Management", which allows users to initiate claims on their own. This self-service system leverages AI to verify documents, process payments, and provide real-time updates, further streamlining the process.
